His belief
Some journeys begin with a plan. Some begin with a belief.
For Sahil, it began with the belief that if you have the courage to dream, the discipline to work for it, and the patience to keep going, you can build something of your own.
A first-generation entrepreneur, Sahil began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19. His early ventures in the fitness industry were followed by a journey into aviation and hospitality, where his experience with renowned names including Jet Airways, SpiceJet and Air India gave him a deeper understanding of people, service and the importance of creating experiences that stay with you.
In 2020, that experience and vision came together in the form of Cafe by Soul.
What started as one café in Gurugram was built on a simple idea — to create a place that could become a part of people’s lives.

HE Founded
A place somewhere between home and work.
A place for coffee and conversations. For business ideas and personal moments. For celebrations, connections and quiet time. A place where people could simply feel comfortable being themselves. That idea became the foundation of Cafe by Soul.
